You might convene a book discussion group where staff meet weekly or bi-weekly to discuss each section. This is often done in conjunction with an educator or community presentation: after everyone has read the book, either Dr. Hinduja or Dr. Patchin (depending on availability) can come to your district, supplement the written information with a multimedia presentation, and provide time for discussion and questions.
